''I have only been doing the beach body boot camp for 3 weeks and I have drop 7 pounds and back into my size 4 jeans. I did this by following Stacy’s meal plan and going to the beach body boot camp 5 days a week. It’s a hard class, you definitely get your butt kicked but you definitely see results. I was noticing results every class I came home from, even if it was the slightest change… like more energy or a big change like a flat stomach!!
